Got my Samsung S4(yes OLD) screen broken, at the Samsung store in Sydney they told me it was the motherboard or internal and it would cost me a heap of money. Got to the Fone King (by accident, I was actually looking for a 2nd phone) where they told me it's probably only my screen, 100%. Guy fixed it in 10 minutes. Happy (and lucky!) me :)

Rip off. Went for an iPad mini screen replacement as I had a crack in my screen after a pen had fallen on it, first night with the new screen just didn't feel right then found that the screen was separated/ing.
Returned to the shop with the promise of fixing and the standard apologies, then after no more than 48 hours the screen separates again. After talking to some "manager type", I was placated by them "sending their best technician from Sydney to definitely fix the problem".
After 2 inspections by previous visits confirming no evidence of being damaged/dropped prior to it being in their store, the response received was that because of "damage caused to the device" that no more can be done to make it any better, and of course, no mention of a refund.
The iPad was used for business purposes and had never left the house, now it's a paper weight on my desk, the response time of anything you try to do is unacceptable and therefore my iPad is useless.
So yes after their "best" technician brought his own tools in to "fix it", I got 6 weeks of ok usage.
So yeah, if you want to get your device back in a much worse, barely operable state and also have the added pleasure of time wasted as well as paying for it, then go right ahead. But I would highly recommend you didn't.

Fone King were so incredibly helpful. After previously going to a different store to fix my broken screen, I came to them in order to fix the dodgy repair job completed by this other company. Adam (the wiz technician) was extremely accommodating and was able to fix my problems quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be going to them first for all my phone needs from now on. Would 100% recommend.

Got a screen replacement and does not work properly I will scroll down and it goes all the way to the top of page and sometimes screen is not responsive
