Ford Pro Wreckers

The staff where very helpful in offering advice with the reassurance of compatibility of parts, on fitting, finding them not to be compatible in my vehicle after being at the mechanic for two days, Ford Pro Wreckers refused to assist offering only a store credit, DO NOT pay in cash, be very careful on what you purchase and DO NOT follow the advice and BS of the part pullers

A very unprofessional outfit. I enquired about a part and was told it was available. Paid the invoice and did not receive the part. After two and half weeks and around 9 phone calls later I've been given a dodgy story that Australia Post returned the part to them damaged. More likely the part was sold to someone else. If you're running a panel shop or a spare parts business then keep right away from these guys. No doubt I'll have to ring them another few times to get my money back.

Went to pick up a bonnet, was attended to by Daniel. This guy should get another brain cell to keep the one he has company. Brain dead, rude and obnoxious, No customer service skills at all. But, I do have to thank him, his attutide sent me down road to buy a new bonnet cheaper than his used bonnet.

Very disappointed ordered and paid for a part 8 days ago which apparently they had in stock but I don't have it after calling them and advising me that they would call me back without asking for a phone number guess what no call back so after calling them 4 times I asked for a refund to be told that it had been sent

What I don't understand is that after asking for a refund I finally got the answer I was looking for from the start that the item had been sent I run a mechanical workshop I purchase parts for cars every day but if I ran my workshop the way this business appears to be run check other reviews I wouldn't be in business to long

I am still waiting for the part to arrive but as a member of the vacc and knowing consumer laws I can go further we are only talking about $230 why can't a customer purchase a product receive the product that they paid for in good faith in a reasonable time why is that so hard

Great team fast and prompt service any parts panels for Ford's tickfords fpv these are the guys to see. They carnt be beaten on qaulity or price.

Tells me he has the part I need. when I arrive they no longer have it. be honest mate

If you drive an Australian built Ford and need any spare parts, then this is your no. 1 go to place in Sydney. They have almost everything and the blokes know the Ford Cars in detail badge by badge so most of the time you get an exact match for your part. I got mirrors, lights and a Ford wheel (rim + tyre) from here and all prices were very competitive.
