No stars. These receptionists are the worse I have ever seen. They don’t greet you and are not helpful and are really rude. You could go upto the desk and they wouldn’t acknowledge you until you greet them. Terrible customer service. Do they hate their job so much or are they unhappy with management that they have bad attitudes? Never the less it’s taken out on patients. With these women at the front desk, you have to wonder if patient care is even a priority.

Only interested in swiping your Medicare card. Had to go somewhere else to correct their half-assed rush job.

just came back from there without even seeing a doctors I was told at 2pm that i Would have (in the receptionists own word an hour to an hour and a half wait so said i would be back in an hour Going back out was all but run down by someone going in to book an appointment I imagine my surprise when the person that i thought would be after me went in to see the doctor and i was informed I still had three people in front of me after waiting another hour It will be a long time(maybe when hell freezes over)before i go back there Only gave them one star so i could post here

We just came from the medical centre and the receptionist SUE is the worst receptionist I have ever met. She's rude and her attitude should not acceptable at the front desk specially dealing in the medical industry. She should be given a proper training on how to handle customers. Hopefully the MANAGEMENT doesnt overlook any BAD FEEDBACKS coming from their customer.

Doctors are kind, but receptionists are all rude. Especially that lady called Sue. Had multiple issues with this lady. Once, I had asked my mother to call and ask if my blood test results were ready, and she very rudely said that she could not disclose the results. My mum clarified that she was only asking if it was ready for me to pick up (as I had been living in Wollongong), but she kept rudely insisting that she could not say anything. And now today, my brother had been waiting for 3 hours and had politely asked how long he still had to wait, and she was very snappy and kept insisting he was next (and she had been telling this to all the other patients waiting). This lady needs a serious attitude change or stop working in customer service!

Usually a long wait (about 45 mins or so as a walk in), but usually good service from Dr Asif and Dr Rashid although they are very popular doctors there.

Terrible customer service,called to see if open and a poorly voiced 2 minute message greets me and tells me the address and opening times. I drive 15 min to find they are closed and are doing CPR training but no notifications to the public and it was 2hrs before closing time of 9pm!!

Doctors are good. There are large wait times when it gets busy, but they usually let you go and come back when the time is up. I have had one bad experience there - once . Usually when I go ,there is a lovely receptionist ( With a European accent) but one visit after 5pm I took my son there who had a temperature and was sick and the receptionist was so rude. Like ultra rude and didn't even acknowledge us when we stood there. When she did, it was an unpleasant greeting and told us to come back in an hour. When I asked her to check his temp she rudely did so and after said he wasn't hot enough to see a doctor. I couldn't believe how rude and abrupt she was. Advice for the future for rude receptionist- being nice and treating people with respect is easy and free, being nasty and rude takes effort and energy. Smile, it does wonders ✌🏽

They have a few good doctors. Unfortunately waiting times can be long and reception do are great job under the circumstances

Receptionist has always been helpful. Have dealt with "Sue" a number of times over the phone and in person, she has always been able to help even if she is very busy. It is a busy practice in a busy area, so you need to be patient at times. But overall it is a good practice with helpful staff.

Rude Receptionist...why she is still there is appaling.

Very rude reception and un well management system. Every time I go have to wait 3 to 4 hrs.
