I'll add the the others that the wait, of over an hour, was far too long. I can understand that things happen, but no warning or comment was ever made by the receptionist. It would have been helpful to know they were running behind.

Doctor was kind and helpful.

Receptionist extremely rude and condescending the two occasions I called the practice for information! Decided not to use the practice!!

Appalling.

Went to this practice last week to get a referral to see a specialist, only to be told during the consultation that the appointment I had booked wasn't long enough to get the referral. At no point during the booking process was it made clear to me that I needed to book a 30 minute appointment instead of a 15 minute one, nor was I even given such a choice.

As this misunderstanding was in no way my fault, I was hoping that my fee for the consultation would be waived. Instead, I was left without my referral, was given a prescription for a medicine that I don't even need, was told to make another longer (and presumably pricier) appointment for next week, and was charged $80 for the consultation.

Dreadful service. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

These Doctors give 110% of themselves to their patients.It is us who go in a take up their time.I never mind waiting as I know they are helping someone in need as they have helped me and my family.This surgery is the best on the Northern Beaches.

Been going here since i was born, wont go anywhere else because my doctor is great. However like the other reviews.....You have to book a week in advance and then you still wait an hour to get in.
