First, the website lacked clear and concise information about how to set it up - such as the customer deposits the remittance money to forexworld ANZ account - which by the way is no where to be seen in their page - you click on the bank details and it shows "404 error - page cannot be found".

I finally figured it out - called them, emailed them and got the information re:process.

I did a test run, yes it cost me $8 but this is to make sure it worked well - it did.

Then the major transaction - first the amount I wanted to send did not reflect in the online lodgement - it still doesn't.

I transferred money at 0800hrs on a Tuesday - it received an email stating it was being processed. 16-24 hours later - no txt or email to me or my family who is to receive the remittance that the transaction was completed - I had to ring them.

As a customer, I do not think I should have to chase after what has happened to my transaction/my money.

People who send money to their love ones and work hard in earning it, should be treated with regard and respect after all these are the very same people who help your business thrive.

Please listen to your customers.
