At Forshaw Lawyers we understand the difficulties both emotionally and financially of a marriage or relationship breakdown

We understand that many matters can be settled outside of Court whether this be through Family dispute resolution or negotiation with other solicitors and ultimately reach an agreement through consent orders or parenting plans.

We also understand that unfortunately matters will need to be progressed to Court and we regularly appear in the Federal Magistrates /Family Court of Australia and the Children’s Court.

Our principal Rene Forshaw has a number of years of experience in Family law and has established a number of external contacts which may be of assistance during this difficult time.
