Our Company


Fortis Financial Services is accredited by AMP Financial Planning Pty Ltd and operates under Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) number 232706. Our Managing Director, John Kevin, is an authorised representative and authorised credit representative of AMP Financial Planning Pty Ltd.

John holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Management) from Monash University, a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), and is currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. His goal is to be a Certified Financial Planner.



Our History

Fortis Financial Services has evolved from John’s business management, business ownership and financial services background. Prior to establishing the company in 2012, John graduated from the prestigious AMP Horizons Academy before joining One Point Finance as Practice Manager.

Establishing a financial services business was a natural progression for John with his experience in the finance industry. For eight years he held senior management positions across the major banks including CBA as Agribusiness Specialist, plus Westpac and NAB as Senior Relationship Manager, Business Banking.
