Forty Winks Kotara

Do not believe any of the positive posts these guys are terrible. We needed a new mattress for our caravan, we ordered and paid for the mattress and were told 10 days. We booked our travel destinations to go away in our caravan based on 12 days. 14 days later and no one can tell us when the mattress will arrive. There was NO customer service despite Forty Winks Kotara being over staffed. We had to make every phone call to them to attempt to get answers. We're going to give them until 1pm today then we'll need to change our travel arrangements, achieve a refund and go across the way to Snooze to see if they can help us ASAP.

Fantastic prices and incredible staff. Trevor took complete care of me, was competitive on pricing, extremely knowledgeable and easy to get a long with! Will be recommending all friends here.

I recently visited your store looking to purchase a new mattres. I couldn't have asked for a better sales lady, Jacqui Scott. She was extremely informative, warm and very approachable. My husband and I left your store feeling happy and excited about our new bed.
