I ordered takeaway and asked if one of the burgers could be cut in half for my 8yr niece I thought this is a reasonable request but staffs reply was we don’t do that and you can do it yourself at home. I couldn’t understand what the big deal was they have a whole kitchen would have taken 20sec and cost nothing but the staff member just kept saying no we don’t do that. They have no idea how to accommodate people and are just to quick to take your money and get you out of their way. And when I was given my order by another server he had a sassy attitude and throw my order on the table and walked away.

Disgusting customer service so rude and unnecessary behaviour.
