When I rang and asked this business if they could do a minor repair on my car they laughed and said "Probably not." There was no apology or explanation. I thought I heard wrong and asked again. He repeated his answer "Probably not." If I could give this company no stars I would have. Very poor customer service, and not a good attitude for any business in such a competitive climate. We ended up at Ultratune at Batemans Bay who were very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced.

quite overpriced and they think they know what they are doing but i had a friend spend $2700 there and the result was not satisfactory. sometimes they have great deals though

Purchased a Kenwood head unit and some other bits and pieces. The box had a split in it when it arrived due to poor packaging. The unit worked poorly with lots of bugs and problems. I called to find out what should be done and they were very uninterested in trying to help. Plus they were pretty rude and dismissive in how they would speak to me. Would def not do business with again.
