I bought a new brakeout from parramatta it couldn't of been a better experience. Unfortunately i had to take it to Wollongong for its first service where i asked if the reflectors could be removed as they were ment to be done befor i pick the bike up on delivery, Wollongong said no worrys we can do that. To find out on pick up they scratched both rear swing arm and said we didn't do it you or parramatta must have done this, this is crap, i spoke with the general manager from parramatta who half delt with and told Wollongong to fix. The service manager at Wollongong would have to one of the rudest people i no. I asked how the swing arms were fixed his response was its fixed and get the bike out of here. Iv been in automotive trade for over 15years and yet again still the rudest person i no. On top of that not even a suggestion of a loan bike from them why its still in there. I will never be bringing my bike back to any frasers due the lack of looking after a customers bike. Thanks Wollongo
