Just had some bits and peaces done to my girl a 2017 brakeout . Fork extension,airpod. Pipes .cam. Numberplate tuck . Brake and gear lever. Blah blah blah job well done guys and the gear lever is perfect for my short ass legs don't have to move the ankle bugger all . Thanks heaps guys

Unhelpful staff who cannot tell the difference between a cr and a crf when you are honda delaers. Informed that parts i've paid for would be "unfindable" once the new computer system was put into place and would need to pay for them AGAIN. Average as company and thinking i will buy parts from the states and get them delivered to my door rather than wait longer to get them in Australia

We went in on a weekend which was a mistake, took a good 15minutes to get to the front of the que, just to try on some gloves because they are behind the counter. Not acknowledged or even smiled at while in the store, but the sales person behind the counter was lovely. We have been there on a weekday and it is not so crazy. They do have a good range of gloves, large variety of brands on other apparel. Noticed OMCG hanging out the front though👎

Bought a new Harley Davidson Motorcycle from Frasers. When we asked to book it in for a service recently we were told that they don't service bikes over 10 years old. We believe this is poor on- going service. Will NEVER buy a new bike from them again. Buyers beware, find another dealer.

Frasers staff at ducati spares are fantastic always helpful bought quite a few parts and will always deal with people from spares department .As far as service and sales ,well the complete opposite ,my worst experience ive ever dealt with . People in those departments can learn alot from the guys with whom i have dealt with in spare parts department ,5 stars for spare parts guys, customer service in sales and service desk well what can i say 1 star .

Friendly staff , allways get my Ducati serviced there ,No complaints ,Just had new Perelli tyres fitted they were best price in Newcastle.

ok so I don't own a Harley its a Hyosung but its my Hyosung and its the bike I wanted and paid for I enquired about a new front tyre only to be told na we don't deal with those so I cant help you THESE GUYS SUCK BIG TIME

I take to visiting on Saturdays just to watch the unending torrent of tyre kicking Harley apparel wearing knob ends walking around talking sh¡t. Then it's onto listening to the actual Harley owners talking crap or complaining about the trade in they were just offered. (Don't seem to know why their new bike is $26k but casnt get $32k for their old one...) Then it's over to the Ducati section to listen to people gasp at the prices of those bikes and watch them walk over and start looking at Honda's range. Bought a few bikes from them in the past and the sales staff are generally great guys, but man, the tyre kickers...
