Really disappointing, terrible service, huge wait times inbetween courses. You gave me a new bottle of water to pour into fresh glasses and bits of cooked fish came out?

Our food was less than average and not fresh! To top it all off someone did a poo in the middle of the ladies bathroom. Your staff didn't seem to care. Fratelli Not So Fresh Bridge St, we won't be back.

A very noticeable decline in quality (food and service) since the change in ownership. Caprese salad with unripe tomatoes, pasta dishes with packet pasta shells, mixing up prosciutto and ham - not the same meat! And bringing out the bill (we hadn't yet asked for it) with no offer of dessert. Add to that the non-existent service and you have a very ordinary experience. Disappointing.

Currently sat in KFC trying to fill the void in my stomach after the worst meal of my entire life! $27 for 12 pieces of badly made gnocchi decorated in a sauce which tastes like it's been mixed from a packet. I thought it was supposed to be cheaper by the dozen? Also gnocchi was my third choice meal after the restaurant had ran out of linguine and duck! Expensive and disappointing.
