I made a purchase online (from Canada) two days in advance for an anniversary. The choice of gifts is great, and the transaction went smoothly. As soon as they opened, they took all the necessary steps to make sure that they had all the right information to deliver on time and without any issues. My friend received her gift and was very happy with the whole set. It made her anniversary very special. I really appreciate to be able to celebrate a friend anniversary even if we are both on the other side of the world and Fresh Flowers & Gifts were there to deliver. Great service, great choice of products, I really recommend them.

The flowers were perfectly chosen and displayed with prompt delivery to the church for my Grandmother's funeral. I am so thankful to Fresh Flowers and Gifts for this as I was unable to attend her funeral and it was so important to see her flowers during the service.

I placed an order online for some flowers to be delivered to my Mum in Albion Park. The online process was easy, the selections of flowers was vast and the one I chose was very much loved by my Mum. She sent me a picture and the product was much larger and fuller than I expected it to be - I am a very happy customer. Oh, I also forgot to include my name on the card and a lovely lady called me to see If Id left it off on purpose or if I would like to include it, I did want to include it, I thought hat this was a nice touch and excellent customer service. I will use them again and again.
