Frog Furniture Removals

We used Frog removals for a standard house to house to move and we would use them again in a heartbeat. They were on time and exceptionally professional in their approach to moving our furniture and other items, and taking great care to ensure they were not damaged.
Like some of the other reviews, they move fast and yet are also very personable and friendly. At the other end they moved our furniture into a brand new house and this involved moving heavy furniture upstairs. There was zero damage to the house or the furniture. They were bang on with their quote also. If you are looking for a professional team to move your stuff and at a very competitive price then give Danny and his team a go.

I won't recommend him due to the fact that he ditched me last minute. I was waiting and he texted and said that his helper was sick and was trying to find someone but no luck and asking me to find a different removalist. Because of that i had to pay a lot more to organise a removalist at the last minute.

Reliable, Honest, On time and very accommodating. Plans changed and they helped with the change. Every thing arrived in good condition and good pricing. Would highly recommend this company.

Terrible experience. Frog showed up 1,5 hr late on the day. They seemed demotivated to get started and after moving a few things, they suddenly disappeared. We continued to carry our inventory to the street level and I was surprised to find the owner of Frog Furniture Removals behind the truck speaking on the phone. It took him another 20 min before he got off the phone - whilst the $ clock was ticking.I addressed the situation as I didn’t expect to be paying him to speak on the phone. Consequently, he was upset and wanted to leave. I did not want the situation to go off track, so I approached him to find middle ground and we could continue the job. However, the owner of Frog was offended and said he just wanted a coffee so he left our goods on the street and took off. We had to find a new removalist that could come with no notice. I would never recommend Frog Furniture Removals to anyone as this example shows their ethical behavior and how unreliable they can be.

This is the 4th move with Frog and Danny they are amazing.

Wardrobes up stairs, heavy furniture in tight corners, easy to work with and a pleasure use them.
