Helped me out when competitors in the area were a bit of a stuff around

When I bought a Fujtsu air conditioner for my shop I was told I would get $200 cash back, however when I tried to claim the voucher I was refused the claim and told it only applied to residential purchase. Would be nice if Fujitsu were upfront on any deals not taking my money then hiding behind terms and conditions when I try to claim the voucher. Not very good service would suggest Fujitsu be open and clear to the public on any deals offered before taking customers money and then when they claim you send a terms and conditions document to refuse the voucher claim.
