Fun Palace (Permanently Closed)

At the time that I purchased a costume here, I asked if it could be returned if it did not fit. I was told yes. Upon attempting to return the item, the owner stated that she had sold me this item. When I proceeded to tell her it was another woman who served me she said only her and a man work there. I continued to describe the other woman and her response was that 'well she's not blonde'. Upon calling the woman, I was again refused a refund.
I understand the policy may be NO REFUND and perhaps at the time of sale this was not communicated effectively but there was no need to be rude and to lie to me about selling me the item.

I always shop in this store, I always get my balloons and decorations for all my party's and I love it when the sweet owner recommends things and helps me find a perfect theme for every party, I love shopping here for Halloween and love the face painting, I recommend it to who ever wants to make their party be remembered for decades ;-)

I love this store, everything is perfectly staged, it is very easy to find things. My kids love it too. The lady who runs the store is such a sweet heart, she always does her best to help you out with what ever you need. Good people, great manners, variety of interesting products. I recommend this place to everyone.
