HOW TO ORDER?

♥ To purchase from our page, simply click on the Products tab or the Shop Icon on the left hand side. This will take you directly to the online store. Alternatively you can comment "SOLD" with your email address and size /colour (where applicable) on the photo /s. We will email you an invoice for payment.


♥ Payment can be made by DIRECT DEPOSIT or credit card (via pay pal). Payment is required within 48 hours.

POSTAGE

♥ Headbands & small items can be sent for $3. 50 in a padded bag, clothing etc up to 500gr is $7. 50 and 500g-3kg is $12. 50. These prices do not include insurance, we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post, insurance is available for an additional price.

OTHER INFORMATION

♥ Some of the garments we sell are very delicate, lace & satin rompers and lace /tulle dresses should be hand washed only.

♥ Some of our products may contain small parts which could pose a choking risk so please only use with adult supervision.

REFUNDS

♥ There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received.

♥ Refunds are only given on faulty items. Contact must be made via email within 7 days of the item being received. After this time we will not accept any returns sorry.

♥ If you receive an item which does not fit correctly you can return it for either an exchange or a store credit, we cannot issue refunds in these circumstances. The postage amount /s cannot be credited.
