In 1998 Andrew entered the vocational training market place and worked with various partners within the sector.

Andrew’s passion for training has led him on a journey towards achieving his dream of operating his own RTO.

This dream became a realisation in 2012 with Innovative Learning Solutions, and Fusion Training Solutions was born.

“I look back at this journey with great pride and look to the future with great anticipation, ” Andrew said.

“My experience, drive and passion for the vocational training sector compels me to continue to strive towards building Fusion Training Solutions into an organisation of the highest standard.
