About Futavision Design Group Pty Ltd

To bring to market Solavision units that have been designed to produce Single Phase 110 to 230 Volt Alternating Current (AC) by harnessing heat energy from the atmosphere. The heat is absorbed by Hanex Liquid which produces gas to drive the systems Generator. In comparison, a Photo Voltaic (PV) Panel converts light rays from the sun into Direct Current (DC) Electricity as the light passes through the panel's polycarbonate layers. A key difference is that a PV panel produces DC electricity which must be stored in a Battery then run through an Inverter to convert into AC so that it can be used by consumers to power electrical appliances and equipment. Because a PV panel functions by converting light it can only work during daylight hours which at best might be in the order of 2, 200 hours per year. There also must be sufficient strength in the light for the output to be effective. On the other hand, a Solavision Alternative Energy Unit will function all day and night utilising the full 8, 760 hours in a year provided that the air temperature does not fall below minus 20 degrees Celsius. Such a low temperature is not likely to occur in Australia.
