Future Directors Institute

We help unlock the boardroom potential of next generational board directors and advocating for intergenerational diversity. Since launching in mid-2015 we have helped over 200 emerging leaders with their careers through a combination of our award-winning Board Kickstarter Program and ongoing support, connection and mentoring of our Alumni. Our Alumni, aged from 20 to 50 are now on the boards of public, private, non-profit, government and start-ups - all making an impact by bringing a diversity of perspective, a natural affinity with change and a mindset developed in the digital economy.
