Worst dealership I have ever been. Called this morning to ask if car was available. They said yes. Went on test drive and while discussing the price. Sales Rep Mike spoke to his boss Aaron and told they received a deposit for the car and it’s sold. Most untrustworthy dearship we were treated unfairly waste of time. Will never recommend this dealership. Don’t waste your time here. Doesn’t deserve any star. 👎👎👎👎👎.

I understand mutilple people may be interested at the same time. However In our case it was the same salesman dealing and he knew what was happening Clearly. Don’t appreciate your standard template response for my comment in this case. Being a reputed car dealership prior to responding dig deep to know the facts prior to responding. After the experience this morning this is another worst experience really .We we’re not given a chance to put an offer. What explanations you have for this and do let us know how you would feel if treated the same way?

How can I describe in one word...totally unprofessional and unethical sales tactics. Shame on you in wasting my time Mike, you proved to be another same old used car sales man, made my family look idiots, not worth visiting this dealership, spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

The car was well priced and Dennis really wanted to make a deal with us. Business managers were very friendly and helpful in helping us with financing. I just wish they could give more information than having us to ask so many questions. But overall, the service was really good so far. I hope they can maintain a good relationship with us, then definitely will come back for a second car.

Dennis, Rex and the team provided us a brilliant service. I also love it that the team respect down-to-earth people, and they always approach people without being judgemental. We eventually purchased the car as it has the model we wanted. Upon collection of the car, we noticed that the car is briefly cleaned. Wish they could clean more thoroughly :)

This dealer is the best, although I didn't end up buying the vehicle this time, Will and Ben went out of their way to help me out. If anyone wants a new Mercedes look for Will. Highly professional, a true great sales agent!

I just bought my new CLA Shooting brake AMG 4matic facelift edition last week. Sales Consultant Michael Chappell and Finance Consultant Scott Lambert were incredible and excellent. They make sure that every clients feel like part of Mercedes G Brothers family.

Very good service and very pricey

I bought my first Benz, on the weekend from Dennis at G Brothers. He made the whole experience extremely comfortable and pleasant, he was a true gentlemen. The professionalism everyone there showed is second to none. I will definitely buy from them again.

Just had a great experience with Jarred at Mona Vale service department. My Mercedes Vito van needed a minor issue looked at, it was done in the allocated time , at the quoted price, and they washed and cleaned it inside and out (it was filthy). Top job, will be back for sure.

I have just placed an order with G Brothers after talking with a couple of dealers regarding the purchase of a car. After an arrogant and obnoxious attitude from the Mercedes Benz Chatswood salesman and MB Hornsaby, I talked with G Brothers. The G Brothers salesman Will, treated me with professionalism and courtesy and was only too pleased to answer all my questions fully, including pricing over the phone. Following on from that I visited them today and placed an order for a C300 Coupe.

In the past buying a vehicle mostly is an ordeal due to outdated and old fashioned attitudes towards customers by the dealers. It is refreshing and pleasing to find a dealership (and a salesman in particular) that has the right attitude and ethic where the customer comes first. I cannot recommend G Brothers and in particular Will highly enough.

Super impressed by the exceptional service. Alex you are a wonderful person and an asset to the company. What is important is to build relationships and you are an ace at that. Your attitude and friendliness is truly appreciated. Keep it up and thank you for everything. My sincere thanks to Rex as well for looking after the finance as well
