If I could give no points I would. My wife left 2 laptops here - the service went fairly well, one laptop was picked up before the other, it was an older laptop which was serviced quicker. When she questioned Shane the owner why the price of the newer laptop was double the price of the previous laptop - rather than just explaining the servicing requirements and giving an itemized receipt, he became frustrated and told her that he always has customers coming in huffing and puffing about laptop service costs and that it isn't worth his time. There are numerous other issues with this business, including the fact that they promise to provide you with an estimate of service costs before completing the service and don't. The lady at the front desk was very helpful - we had to take the newer laptop back in on the same day it was serviced because the sound wasn't working - the owner didn't want to help us, he basically told her that "the job was done" (from the back room of the store we were fortunate enough to hear him from the front) - she was kind enough to take it and organize a technician to fix it correctly without us having to take it further. Additionally the technician was very helpful - I hope they are both respected by the owner more than he respects his customers. I have never had to post a review before, but I definitely don't want anyone else having to go through what we did.

I’m actually pretty disgusted. About a year ago I got my iPad mini 2 fixed and it was fine but after the warranty run out the screen started messing up. I went in there a second time to get it fixed and it’s been fine for the last couple months but now I have to go in there a third time to get it fixed, my iPad doesn’t leave the house and has only been dropped once. that was when I smashed it the first time

Safe your money, time and go elsewhere. I've handed my phone in a few times and every time it has been given back to me still broken. When I asked for it to be fixed I was told my phone can't be fixed yet I get no money back. Extremely disappointed

This is where I took my newly bought drone to be repaired due to some malfunction with the control system. The workers at Gadget Doctor, did it in under a day, and drone flies smoothly now.. better then before!

These guys went above and beyond to be helpful with the process of retreiving data from my dead iPhone. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and flexible. Recommend the Gadget Doctor without hesitation. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else.

A++ proper technician with an Electronic Engineering background owns this store.
They will fix almost anything electronic, not just phones. I have seen phones repaired at other "companies" and they invest no where near the time and quality that Gadget Doctor does. A++
