While the initial emphasis of the business is to deliver a comprehensive range of regular gardening services with a satisfying finish, the desire is to integrate sustainable eco-friendly practices through permaculture and /or organic initiatives wherever possible.

Background

Gaia Gardening Designs is a new business venture inspired by a passion for gardening infused with a recognition of the need to create sustainable, ergonomic gardening systems. This passion for cultivating thriving ecosystems developed from a background in contemporary farming practices, together with an active interest in regeneration of salt affected landscapes. Phillip Strahan, owner and principal agent for Gaia Gardening Designs, also has over 15 years’ experience as a naturopathic practitioner and educator, with a particular interest in growing medicinal herbs & food gardens. The combination of these influences led Phillip to become a dedicated gardener.
Having lived in a range of different urban and rural environments, Phillip understands the need to work within the confines of the local environment. With an innate drive for quality, aesthetic appeal, and a burning desire to always leave the environment in a better condition than it was on arrival, Phillip has the required experience, knowledge and skill to ensure your premises are not only well taken care of, but also offer something back to the residents.
