At Gaia Retreat & Spa you can indulge in a retreat package or just spend the day being pampered. Check in any day that suits you. We have a selection of specialised packages, services and facilities with retreat style accommodation and the award winning, on site Gaia Day Spa. Our comprehensive Focus Health Packages, Fitness, Detox, Weight Loss, Meditation, Art and Yoga are personalized package programs tailored specifically to your needs, giving you the space to OWN the Gaia experience.
Founded in 2005 by Olivia Newton-John, Gregg Cave, Ruth Kalnin and Warwick Evans, Gaia offers a retreat with tailored programs aimed to the individual. Gaia is run on a day-to-day basis with gracious hospitality by Gregg Cave, who along with the entire team at Gaia, is committed to your wellbeing.
Inspired by the healing culture of the Byron Bay region and its abundant and fresh local organic produce, Gaia Retreat & Spa is so much more than a healthy holiday; it is a unique retreat and spa experience – with heart.
