Oh, man, where do I even start... Firstly, there is absolutely no customer service what so ever, the room service staff were great, but the reception, not so friendly, feels like everyone owes him money... Secondly, don't ask the reception to look after any of your personal items, they don't keep it safe and secure at all, even the driver license they asked for when you order drinks, and they don't give it back to you until you decide to leave, then I found my driver license was covered by whole lot of sticky tape and it took me forever to clean it up. Third, don't expect to order any shots before 10pm...ish... as their bartender come in late so often that we can only drink milkshake and water...

The service wasn't too bad. I found that the song list was a bit out of date so you probably won't be getting the latest music.

You have to go down stairs to get into the karaoke reception. You could possibly overshoot and miss the entrance like I did.

Very average room, drink, food and service. Can be a little bit expensive. When we finished at 10 and wanted to extend the time, the staff told us that this room is booked and the next group has arrived already and they did not have spare room. So we have to change to another KTV. So it's a pretty popular place.

I would say the customer service here is so rude and unprofessional, I spoke to the same man twice and he gave me two different prices and refuse to take a booking unless I booked for two hours which cost $410.00. Be careful he will rip you off unless your chinese.

Rooms were spacious and it had good song choices. Lift for wheelchair was out of order though

A super fun place to go on a night out. Limited ranges in English Songs though that are unsorted.

Poor service attitude to disgusting, if you want to have a pleasant day to play, I suggest you go to other stores better 😡😡😡

Good fun if you're with friends. Song selection was a bit old but they had space late on a Friday night.

The rooms were good and had ribbon mic on a stand, however the song selection interface was very frustrating to use. They had a good song selection list, especially Indonesian songs, but we couldn't search for the songs or artists we wanted to sing :(
On top of that, after finishing, the cashier priced us at a different price than we thought we were getting, and we ended up paying $2 more per hour. So unfortunate that a miscommunication kinda ruined the night for us.
