Their clothes are the absolute best quality and very much worth the price tags, but more importantly, I can't think of a store that offers better customer service. I buy from them online and they send lovely personal emails and include handwritten notes with the clothes offering help with fittings etc. They've been like this for as long as I can remember and it's why I'll always come back to them.
