Garlands Florist

I've picked this place because it was 15 mins away from the delivery address as I needed an urgent delivery on the same day. At 3 pm I was told it was too late and the delivery will be done first thing tomorrow morning. Giving the budget of $150 I've requested some nice delicate flowers for a friend who just had a baby.
At 2 pm the next day my friend send me a picture of a bunch of lithiantus together with some larkspur. That looked like something I could buy at a supermarket for $50 - $60 tops. When I got to the hospital 3 hours later the green filler leaves were already falling off.
I'm aware that it's hard to know what you gonna get in cases when its florist choice of flowers but for the budget of $150 I usually get roses and other nice flowers that are fresh and look amazing. The tax invoice that I've requested was not emailed to me either.
