Gateway Credit Union

Gateway credit union has hidden charge and I following couple of weeks with Tim and other customer care no resolution for it. very bad service and no response from them. no courtesy as well as no justification for the hidden charges

Bad service, no customer service.Particularly from Timothy Fitzsimons, who don't know what is debit and credit, I requested for a debit for an account, he configured such way that every month it was credited :(, apart from that ignoring attitude, people ruins the bank reputation

I have been with Gateway for the last 14 years. I am pleased with their service. Online banking is very easy. Christmas Club always comes handy during the most expensive time of the year. I had home loans, personal loans in the past. Friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable
staff. Overall I am very satisfied with the Credit Union

just wanted to thank the Lending team at Gateway for all the time and effort on my and my wife's behalf to assist in the selling of our existing home and buying a new one, using bridging finance.

Our request for urgent consideration was a big ask, and the team stepped up to assist after hearing of our dilemma, which mostly one related to the timing of settlements and deposit payments.

Throughout the process, our best interest was kept in mind and a full range of options were considered.

So thanks for demonstrating not only great customer service, but also showing a caring and respectful approach to a us despite our difficult ask.

Gateway were a friendly and helpful organisation, especially Michael who helped us from beginning to end in setting up a home loan. He examined everything to two relative newbies with patience and enthusiasm. 5/5 would credit union again.

No-one gets 4 stars so what I'm saying is that Gateway is the benchmark against which all other financial institutions are measured.
I deal with a few but Gateway is the only one to treat me like a human, to listen and to find the answers, without placing me on hold for extended periods or trying to transfer me to someone else.
Thank you Gateway for helping my daughter and I sort out financial affairs for the next three years.

Hopeless, they lost my application and were then rude about it. I complained to the manager who told me it was bad luck and that complaints don't go past him and he could not see an issue. REALLY BAD SERVICE I would not bother.
