Sorry but my experience yesterday was horrific , I was dressed down and obviously didn't look like a serious buyer . After doing some online homework , I found another local dealer that treated me with respect and didn't judge me by the way I was dressed.

Waiting over 3 months to hear back from Gateway about a warranty claim. Have never seen such bad customer service anywhere

Purchased a new Falcon Ute from Gateway Ford for a FANTASTIC PRICE, drove me to the servo to fill the car with premium 95 and delivered the car on time.
Had a few hiccups with the reverse sensors as the Ford mechanics decided to fit a tow-bar AFTER the sensors had been installed and this interfered with the sensors, also I think it was the first time they installed a hard-cover on a Falcon Ute as it rattled all the way home and wouldn't shut without being forced.
In the end though they refunded me the $$$ for the sensors and handled the process professionally. It won't be long until I buy a new Ranger and I'll definitely give Gateway Ford the opportunity to win my business again :)

Quoted $260 for a service at the Flinders street workshop which sounded great on phone- however the reality was that they charged almost $600 as they like to add extras like coolant for $110!!!!! I will never be going back as the service quality was not that good either.
Stay away- use your local mechanic.

Don't even deserve one star!!
They are absolutely hopeless! I ordered a new key and they said that they will call in the next couple of days when it was in. 3 weeks later no call, so I called them. They said that they had no record of it being ordered and they will order one so it will be in the following day, they were changing locations within the week so they booked me in the take the car to get the key cut and programmed. I arrived in on the morning of the booking and they had nothing on file to say I was coming in and the key wasn't there so they had to turn me away and reorder the key again!
What a total waste of my time!!!!
you would thing after all of the bad reviews on their services side of the business they would make some changes to try and be more efficient!

Absolutely awesome bought a ford ranger sales people are great, service department listen, problem was fixed, head mechanic Goran,really knows his rangers and was awesome to deal and talk with thanks guys

The sales people there were awesome, especially Mr David a very nice person and also the sales manager there very good.
