I bought a brand new 2017 holden barina and have had nothing but trouble with it the sevice manager stewart he is an arrogant pig rude would mot recommend them to any one

Just want to send a massive shout out to Brad!!! We have been out shopping for cars all day and Brad was the freah breath of air that we needed! He was so honest, helpful and gave us the laugh that we needed after a stressfull day. If you looking for a new car go see Brad!
I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a car!

I bought my lemon from Gateway and entered into a service agreement.
I would never do this again.
It was a second hand car so maybe that's not their fault that it is a lemon.
BUT the so called service is ni service at all.
Very very disappointing.

Not impressed with the comment that the tyres were wearing and that the car needed a wheel alignment. I had replaced ALL the tyres two weeks prior to the service!!!! CON ARTISTS.

Never again will I bring my car to this organisation, one should know to never bring an older model car to a dealership for a service. Find a trusted mechanic and get it done elsewhere. Far too expensive, far too slow, so angry that I didn't go a more reputable mechanic, which would have saved me at least $1200. Just ridicules: $402 for a ‘basic’ service, $746 for brakes, $400 for brake calliper’s, $695 for oil leak repairs, $625 for rear brake repairs… never again !! Picked the car up on Thursday evening, 3 days later car broke down on busy intersection, wouldn’t start, thanks Gateway Holden. Rang the organisation, put on hold, ended up having to ring back. Got no help from them to find out why the car broke down.

In a word "shocking". One star is too many.

Stay away from the servicing. Inexperienced mechanics and staff. Expensive labour, parts etc and don't diagnose the problem. Find a good trustworthy mechanic elsewhere.

Service tends to be expensive and slow. That said they do the job.
