Our company is a family owned business specialising in manufacturing high quality pastry products using methods, recipes and techniques handed down from generation to generation.

We are fourth generation pastizzars now operating for over 60 years in Australia and previously in Malta from the mid 1930, s. Our pastizzi are still made the same way using recipes and techniques that have been handed down from generation to generation.
