The Gearco Group specialises in the manufacture of high quality Gears, Pinions, Induction Hardening, Flame Hardening and Gearbox Re-furbishment.

Since commencing business in 1938, the Gearco Group has developed into a comprehensively equipped, Australian owned, manufacturing organization. We specialize in the production of high quality gears for mining, transportation, agricultural and general industrial applications.

Supplementing this activity is overhaul of industrial & mining gear boxes in our assembly shop, and flame or inductions hardening of steel parts in our Global Steel Heat Treatment Division.

The Group has a quality management system certified to ISO 9001: 2000 and is focused on markets where our skills and experience give us a competitive edge. We specialize in the replacement of imported gears with Australian manufactured parts of equal or better quality, at acceptable pricing & with prompt delivery.
