Worth checking out

After a very disappointing experience with Subaru Moss Vale, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Goulburn. The staff are very efficient and courteous and made me feel like a VIP. It was so nice to find a business that cares about it's customers.

Been here thrice, while I cannot really comment on the actual service or work done to the car because I havent seen it or it is a matter of a subjective criteria.
Instead I will comment on the objective criteria.

First, the staff are welcoming and courteous.
Second, they have a very nice lounge area for customers while waiting for their car to be serviced.
Staff are quick to respond to your queries and for booking a service. And they do follow up on you after your initial contact.

The only downside of this dealership are:
Turnaround working time, it take for ages to finish their work even though you had booked in advance, meaning your booking is scheduled. Management should allocate personnel and time for this. It is better time management.
I waited more than 3 hours to have a car service? Without major problem on it. Plus the between staff or mechanic has breakdown of communication or what. If anything goes on should the mechanic talk directly to the customer instead of passing it through the reception. Because it need a technical know-how..

But overall Im satisfied; except for the working time they do.

Hopeless.
Called these people as we had issues in the highway with our Holden.
Got put through to a girl in parts, and explained what we needed. After 14 minutes , she came back off ho,d and said that she could not find a wheel bearing for a commodore anywhere on the computer ???

I said that I perhaps should call another Holden dealer, and she said, good idea. Onky problem was we needed help in Goulburn.

Ended up at another mechanic who ordered the part in three minutes flat , and organised the work.

I would seriously think twice about leaving my car with people who don't appear to know their own products.

Always helpful if you're buying or needing the srrvice department

Spent over an hour there. Sales people didn't know their products. Wouldn't give me any information about what cars were available (they didn't have what I wanted in stock) or even how much my trade-in was worth unless I paid a deposit. I've bought many cars, this was the most frustrating experience. I bought a car an hour later on the phone from Wollongong.

Excellent team, and great service. Recently secured the Mitsubishi dealership, along with Holden, Hyundai, Subaru.
