Just made some beautiful fresh peach sorbet, ready for the weekend.
Also made a batch of lovely white nectarine sorbet.

Rocher is back. People have been asking for it, so we had to make it. Gianduia (Chocolate & Hazelnut) gelato base, with swirls of chocolate, roasted hazelnut and crisp wafer.

Gelato and brownies are delish but service is hit or miss. The younger workers are usually friendly and attentive but the older woman (she might be the owner) is often rude and makes us feel unwelcome. She just scolded me to watch out for her gelato machine since it costs more than $30,000. Granted I was pulling my kids in a wagon but I did not hit her machine. She then looked over at another customer and rolled her eyes at me. When I asked for her name she told me it didn’t matter. I will hesitate before I come in with my family again.
