General Pants Co. Macquarie

The staff need to stop being so overly pushy for sales. I had this teenaged boy pushing me on every product I looked at (I was literally just browsing to kill some time, which I stated to him twice...) yet he wouldn't stop following me just saying the usual stuff about how stuff is gonna sell out so quickly, or how it'll look good on me etc.

On other occasions I have come here it's been alright, but just give the customers some space sometimes guys :)

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I work in retail myself so to have another worker genuinely care about me and give some awesome service feels great. I had Meg serve me and she was an awesome help with finding me items and giving me heaps of other style options as well as sizes as I was trying on clothes in the change room. I walked out of the store very happy and will definetly be back!

Had terrible customer service from 2 of 3 staff that was on roster at Macquarie Centre store (16th Feb 2017 6-7pm). Taking your time to serve and neglecting a customer while you're talking to each other as your customer waits for service is not appreciated. The girl put in the wrong products and I was patient enough waiting for her to make the correction instead was blamed for confusing her and not leaving the items I had tried on and DIDNT want on the counter 'that should have been left in the trough' - maybe you could have sorted that out before you got confused and entered the wrong item then gave ME ATTITUDE? Honestly!!! Get some training on customer service or go work somewhere you don't need to talk to people. Terrible.

Best customer service I ever met

Not even worth a star. My fianc'e wanted to try on some pants, we walked to the change rooms area and i waited outside the door while he went in. Then all of a sudden a male staff member comes running over and starts looking under all the doors of the change rooms. He then pointed at my fianc'es stall and asked me "did two people just go in there". I replyed no and he walked off but stood at a distance and watched. No apology nothing!!! I don't know what he thought we were doing but NO staff member should be allow to peep under the doors of male/female change rooms. Perve

Extremely rude. Won't ever go back.
