Nice range and staff

Excellent customer service

I know its not everybody's bag, but I like the design and their range of silver. One stop xmas shopping for girlfriend at the front and friends in the homewares bit rocked. The service was amazing and impeccable

I purchased a watch here several years ago, and subsequently several leather watch bands which usually last for two or three years. Last December I purchased a leather watch band for $134. That band disintegrated last Saturday night after 7 months normal wear. The watch band has a metal peg through it (a design feature) and it was at that point that the band split (see image). I thought perhaps it might be worth showing the band to the store staff as this might be a design or manufacturing flaw. I showed it to the young staff member who I had asked to check the purchase date and enquired if there was any guarantee on their goods and he said, 'No.' His manager standing beside him said, 'I've never seen anything like that before.' And then she walked away. Well, neither had I. Customer service that is. I purchased another watch band elsewhere for half the price. I had always bought from the Jensen store because I believed that price represented quality and care. I was wrong.
