I have aligned my two passions of fitness and skin health to offer an integrated approach to health both inside and out. My accredited experience in personal training and the cutting edge technology offered by Omnilux LED Light Therapy makes for a unique combination that ensures a lasting transformation for the body and the skin.

I recommend 1-2 face to face sessions per week, each including a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout followed by a 30 minute skin treatment. I provide my clients with weekly fitness programs and nutritional tips to ensure the most sustainable results. It's more than just the sessions alone - it's a lifestyle approach which I assist my clients to implement every step of the way.
