Got a quote and paid a deposit to go ahead with it. 2 weeks later they tell me they will charge a extra $1100 because they made an error with the quote. Rubbish, I'll find someone else to do the work thanks.

2 weeks later & still no call back

I have just had a new roof installed by this company & I wanted to share my experience. I heard this company has a good reputation & has been one of the longest standing companies in Newcastle! So we got a good quote & went ahead. Although it did take a few weeks to get the job done it was worth the wait! The tradesmen were well mannered & professional! Our new roof looks fantastic so thanks to the staff & team we are very happy with everything!

After a huge storm we had roof damage and leaks so contacted roofing firms for repair quotes. Larry from G E Sault provided a very timely quote which the insurance accepted as being a fair price for the repairs to be done. Larry advised us that due to the enormous damage done in our area from the storm, that there could be abnormal delays in the completion of our job. He explained that he needed to prioritise the work according to the urgency of each individual job as some homes had major repairs such as no roof at all. The wait wasn't too long for us though and since the repairs were completed we have had no further leaks or problems with our roof. When we decided to have our roof repainted we didn't hesitate to contact Larry again for a quote and the paint job they did has made the roof look as good as new.
