Personal Training and Health. Shannon is a Qualified Occupational Therapist, Ergonomist and Psychologist, who has been working in the Fitness Industry for over 10years. She is a qualified Body Step, Body Jam, Body Combat, Body Vive, Body Balance, GRIT -strength, plyometric and cardio trainer, Thump boxing and Zumba instructor, and also teaches Ballet. As a mum of 4 young children she understands how busy life can become and creates training sessions that allow you to take time out of your busy days to become the healthiest and fittest version of yourself. Shannon focuses on Health and functional fitness in a hard working, yet relaxed environment.
