Let me share my story. . . .
I am a Cabinetmaker by trade who is working the long hours while being under paid. Whilst doing this, I have been eating TOXIC quick and easy food, I don’t know what the inside of a gym looks like and I don’t see my family, I just don’t have time. Before I knew it I was sitting in a doctor's office booking myself in for a lap band surgery. I was meant to have it in March 2014 but my friend stopped me.
I was so lucky to be introduced to a healthy style of living. . . WHAT does this mean? I am now on a natural high from non-toxic products that feed my body with only the best nutrients and supplements in the market, with this I went from 101. 4kgs to 88kgs in 30 days (NATURALLY), I have another 14kgs to lose to be the healthy Kat I have always dreamed of. . .
