The housekeeping is APPAULING!!!!
TERRIBLE BATHROOM absolutely shocking! Toliet looks like it hasnt even been scrubbed! Sick! Not even a toliet brush! Mould on the bottom of the shower curtain. I felt I would catch something even going in there and the smell! The essentials werent even taken care of! Now how hard is it to wipe out a fridge, microwave or cupboards. It does make you question if they even put clean sheets on the beds! I also went to reception to get our bathroom clean as they told us they would send the housekeepers through the room and when we got back late at night the room wasnt even touched! Toliet still crap in it from the last guest!
Oh and no aircon! Not even a spare fan to rent! Even in summer! Heaps hot and no ventilation through the room!
Terrible! Wish we could have moved accomidation but didnt really have the money to throw away!
Hope you get onto improving! For the sake of everyone!

The service is not bad, but the condition of rooms is bad. The worst thing is that it doesn't show in its description when i booked the room online that it does not have a private bathroom. It is very hot during summer night because it does not have air con.

Either grossly incompetent or criminal. Not sure which yet.
I booked a stay worth over 500 dollars and due to a change of plan I cancelled within the period which I was eligible for a full refund. About a month after the booking I rang up and explained that my refund was never received. I was assured that it would be processed in the next couple days, but almost 2 months after the booking was made I still have not received my refund.

It's a serene place to stay. Neat and tidy rest rooms. Surrounded with lush green.
