Glendale Mazda

hi,

I purchased hyundai Veloster from this dealership few months ago. I went to Glendale from sydney to pick up the car and signed all the paperwork and went to see the car. The finance team told me about the payment plan and everything. I agreed and signed the paper work. Went to car and there were few things missing on the car. I said these stuff are missing and the finance team advised they will mail the missin stuff.

Also the finance team told me i have to go to RMS for name tansfer and i went to RMS and the ycharged me 3% of the total cost. But the guy at finance advised i dont have to pay anything extra.

I sent email called 50 times . Sent email to all the departments but i get 0 reaponse. And i got hold of some one one day there and he said the guy who sold me the car is no more in the company and they cant do nothing .I advised i bought this car frm a company not a person. They said they will get back but no one got back to me.

I am still waiting for their response its been 6 months.

Poor service, Poor customer service, They avoid customers after sale. Not helpful. Pathetic front desk.

Ours was a CX-5 Demo with 200km on the clock! They did us a reasonably good deal on the trade in and price of the new car. Very friendly and supportive all the way and couldn't do enough for us! ( from the salesman right through to the whole team) very polite and trying to make us comfortable with offering us coffee and a relaxing seat while waiting! So far so good and highly recommended! 👍

Went in to get a price for a new CX5 today .
Got told unless we are able to sign paperwork today . He wasn't going to WASTE HIS TIME looking at a trade in price on our CX9 . ( purchased new from them )
WE WONT BE PURCHASING OUR NEW VEHICLES FROM HERE EVER AGAIN !
We have finance approved just needed a price to tell the accountant on Monday .
Terrible service .
Rude ,arrogant and extremely unhelpful.
That was there senior sale manager.
Pathetic .......
