The location is great. Very close to the harbour bridge and the Opera House, with a train station just 10 minutes walk away. There's also a fantastic burger joint called Batch close by. The accommodation itself is functional, with shared bathroom facilities for most rooms. The breakfast is fantastic - a wide range of hot foods, cereals, breads etc. and great value. Being able to eat outside is great - breakfast on the sun is always good!

no problem great buffet breakfast. only one paid parking spot otherwise only street parking free on weekends

Easily one of the most comfortable stays I've had anywhere. It's all well cleaned and maintained, the staff are friendly and courteous, it was quiet except for late night fireworks at the harbour, not the hotels fault. I have no problems recommending this place, I was quite satisfied. I had a single room, air con, ceiling fan, all the things you could want. Breakfast was very nice with a decent view of the harbour Bridge from the backyard.

Had a really good stay here with the family. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Only thing was the communal bathroom. Rooms were a little on the small side but felt cosy. Short walk to the ferry, amazing cruise around the harbor at night. Short walk to restaurants and pubs. Will definitely go again

Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from ferry. Lots to see in and around Kirribilli. We stayed in a room with private bathroom and it was clean and comfortable. Great to see an older building being repurposed too. Yes there are stairs and no there is no elevator, but this used to be a family home. We believe it is excellent value for the money, so close to the Sydney CBD and harbour.

Clean rooms close to train and ferry every thing in walking distance and nice breakfast and friendly service

The place was lovely, however we were supposed to have another bed and when we asked to get it we had to take it upstairs ourselves.

Location was great. Rooms were small but comfortable. For the price, it was excellent.
