Doctor Jaffa is good but appointment times are just a gestimate. Expect to wait for your appointment.

I just called to make an appointment at this medical centre. I just moved to this area and it will be my first time attending. I must say my first impression has been horrible. The receptionist was abrupt and extremely rude. Tried to get me off the phone when I mentioned her deplorable manner. I will go and see if the doctors are I hope better than their reception staff. However first impression very, very poor

Love and appreciate Dr Jaffer's service to us over the years. He is not only an excellent professional Doctor, he also has sincere compassion for his patients. We value his time explaining health issues that affect us as well as being very honest with his dealings with us as patients.

We appreciate and acknowledge the great efficient work the Nurses do. They are always friendly and informative re our issues when seeing them.

We also appreciate the front desk staff and their efforts, although sometimes we feel that there could be a better and more efficient system of patients flow on and stick on pre appointment times.

The receptionist has appalling customer service skills and is very disorganised. I was told originally I would wait 20 minutes to be seen by a doctor. After half an hour I enquired when I would be next and was told there is another person in front of me only for another 3 people to go through. I stormed out after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for nothing. I took up my issue with the manger via a phone call to be told the receptionist made an honest mistake and misplaced my paperwork. DO NOT go there unless you have the patience of a saint!

I would Highly recommend this Medical clinic to anyone. I have the best doctor I have ever had and the receptionist are always friendly and very Helpful. Thanks Doctor Tefaili and all that work for this practice. Definite 5 stars *****

Appalling. I've been in the waiting room an hour. What's the point of appointments if you don't stick to them.

Great Doctors though the receptionists should be more honest when they book appointments. I arranged to see next available Doctor, was told 30 minutes so I left for a minute to grab a bite to eat then back within 10 minutes to wait. An hour later still no call, that's probably because if the receptionist see's you leave, they take you off the waiting list until you ask to be put back on. I know you guys are always busy, I can allow for that, but it's no reason to let your customer service slide by deceiving people when they come to your practice seeking medical assistance. Poor form.
