Glen'S Bakery Cafe

Wife ordered and paid for cake but they gave it to another customer who just happened to be our cousin. What are the chances? 2 stars because I had to do the chasing down of the cake whilst they weren't too bothered. One girl said sorry quickly once, another said nothing and the guy just walked back out the back. All this after trying to imply that I had made the mistake... Clearly two orders were made and they just put them together because of the same surname. So after a drive to my cousins I luckily retrieved our cake and at least we had a laugh about it. Customer service was poor and cake was average. Normally their cakes are spot on to be fair.

Great food and Service!

Always have a lovely breaky here and they have the best lamingtons in NSW. Only downside i think the staff could be a bit friendlier.

Nice Cafe and bakery. They bake lots of good stuff on site. Rustic & comfortable atmosphere.
