Glide Capital is business transformation specialist for Australian small-to-medium enterprises. For a business owner, understanding when to exit an underperforming company can pose some very real challenges. We help business owners navigate the turbulence of such challenges. We provide advice on business transformation, and we may offer to acquire their business. Our goal is to help the business owner achieve their desired outcome from the tribulations of the financial unknown. We work with the business owner to transform their company. We may also consider offering to acquire their company before the onset of financial difficulty, which may in some cases lead to insolvency. Generally, we look for a company which: - is a small-to-medium enterprise;- is based in Australia;- has liabilities in excess of, or close to, assets;- is 3 to 12 months away from potential financial hardship; and- has tangible assets (e. g. plant & equipment, inventory). We would consider a company outside these criteria, however would generally narrow our focus to a company based on: - turnover ($100k to $5, 000k p. a. );- market value of assets ($100k to $5, 000k); and- location (operations in Australia).
