These people are terrible, they have no idea about customer service. The place is dusty and has plastic sheeting on the top of the storage pen. The security is questionable as the flimsy walls and doors feel like you could push them and they would open. The access hours are terrible and if you turn up half hour before close your made to feel like you shouldn't be there and are just a hassle to them.

At the top level,where you drive in there is no room for cars or vans so if there are 2 vehicles it becomes a struggle, add a 3rd and your in each other's way and can't get your car out without everyone moving back down the ramp or playing Tetris with the vehicles.

The only time they want to know you is when the bill is due and even when I was in hospital they gave me a hard time and charged me late fees.

Staff are also sleazy. My partner and I had a disagreement one time at the facility and one of the staff come to see what was going on. I went out for a cigarette to let things settle and he tried hitting on my partner at the time. What a dead set Looser!

I wouldn't go back here if it was offered to me for free.

I used to have storage here twice and moved to storage plus . Please use global storage plus were so unprofessional. I should have stayed

They have a very good range of storage facilities.

One of the best priced storage companies in the inner city. The height of the spreadsheet units beats most other companies I've seen so you can actuality fit quote a lot of your stuff can stack vertically. As the storage unit ceilings are open it can get quite dusty after a long time. Not as modern as the other big brands, but everytime I've been I was able to use the loading dock without a hassle.

I shopped around and found Global Self Storage was the best priced. Nice clean units, and very secure- but best of all was the staff - amazing. Very friendly, very honest and very obliging. I had no trouble receiving a refund when I had to cancel one of the units I had intended to use...plus, I accidentally kept them back one night when moving from a unit and they were very good natured about it.
I really recommend this business. It was such a pleasure dealing with 'the boys'. Thanks guys!
