We just went to Gloria Jeans this afternoon for a coffee with my mum in law and a friend. And I have been a loyal customer to this shop and so my other family member and friends. My mum and me decided to go to toilet first before we order. As we head to the toilet the staff said " Are you guys gonna order? " And I replied"yes". So we proceed to the toilet. When I finished and got out from the toilet, my mum went out the shop and so I asked the staff, " where is the lady that was with me went?" and the staff said, "outside".And the staff said "Are you gonna order?" And I said yes, I'm just gonna go outside and find my mum and friend". And then again for 3rd time the Gloria Jeans staff ask me "are you gonna order?. This time I really find it rude to ask me 3 times. I said to her, "I already told yes we are. Do you really have to ask me 3 times, Im just going outside because I need to find them and ask what they want. My friend was just in the nearby post office shop. And I told her to find us in Gloria Jeans beforehand.
I think I was treated rudely and in a shameful way. This shop doesnt deserved to have an award (I saw they got an award posted on the wall). An award should be given to overall customer service not just because they make good coffee but how they treated their customer especially their loyal customer. And as far as i remember it was the first time i ever used thier toilet. But really to have a customer service award you have to have a kind heart even to strangers. And if they really just want the customer to use their toilets they should give their loyal customer a card to entitle them to use the toilet. If every single item I have order in this shop will entitle me to 1 use in the toilet I have more than more than 100x entitlement to use thier toilet. This is not the shop that deserve to be patronise. Im not going to this shop ever, because I like to go to the shop who cares even to strangers.

Always my first stop when I pull into Jindabyne. Its the only place i can get a consecutively good espresso when at the snow with always friendly staff!

I saw a familiar sign today... Gloria Jeans our favourite Coffee shop, how wrong was I!!!
I approached the counter to be welcomed by a brief smile we no warmth, their was no others waiting to order but the counter staff seemed pressed for time as my kids decided what to order.
I asked for Sereno blend but was told they were out...
A coffee shop with NO COFFEE???
Ok Ill have HOT chocolate with Marshmellows.
My hot chocolate was so cold that my mellows never were destined to melt, there was so much chocolate I just about the booked into the dentist.
Disappointed I tasted my 5 year olds hot chocolate, it was so hot he could have seriously hurt himself.
I dont normally complain but when u work a franchise than keep the standard high, coffee isnt hard to get right.

Staff are friendly and cheerful. Its always a pleasure to sit and relax with a Very Vanilla in hand on my down time. Love the Lemon Tart or if im looking for something warm over winter the toasties definitely hit the Spot.... I dont go anywhere else for coffee as I love the idle chit chat of what everyone has been up to including that of complete strangers.... Highly recommend GJ Jindabyne 🐴

If people are caught smoking near the front door the owner asks them to move. This coffee shop has an enormous amount of space for patrons, the covered area, the uncovered area which is provided sun umbrellas during summer, directly out the front and inside. Yes there are daily regulars who smoke and buy coffee but I am sure they would move away for a family who have kids with them.

Nice local haunt for coffee and hanging out. Can't believe they don't have wifi though. What coffee shop these days doesn't have wifi? I'd spend more time here (and buy more from them) if I could drop in with my laptop and work here from a while.

This was a very disappointing visit to this store. I was part of a birthday party for a thirteen year old. There were about 7 teens and 3 adults. There was no where near that shopfront that was non smoking. Just outside of the doors people were smoking, and on the side under the shelter too as well as the open area that was not enclosed. It was very disappointing, especially as there was a no smoking sign outside of the shop AND stuck near the cashier.

I contacted Gloria Jeans via facebook, and was only advised that they told the store operators. Not really good enough, to be honest. It is not an unknown law, they know it - they should ensure the comfort of all their guests which includes children, teens and all non-smokers. There was a unenclosed space for the smokers that would have been adequate/suitable.

Nothing can beat coffee and work together.. and if there's a place like this which has huge seating options with a fast service.. it's amazing...

Girlfriend tends to like coming to this one, possibly so she can have coffee while surrounded by the greenery inside. Always found the service to be relatively quick and the beverages and food quite reasonable.

Great outdoor seating area! Quick service even at busiest times! Will visit again!
