My first point of contact was a phone call, I was assured my jewels would be safe and that if I wasn't happy with the offer, there was no obligation or costs to me. I felt confident and comfortable with this. I was then notified that my information pack was on its way. This was for me to read and not an email. on arrival, it was very helpful and I posted the envelope back to The Gold Company. (it had tracking information and was insured)
When it arrived there was an email sent to me to notify me that is was there safe and some one would call me after it was appraised. I was offered more by the gold company than anywhere else. I was asked if I was happy with the price I was, and a cheque was in the mail. I would very happily recommend the services of The Gold Company to anybody, no pressure obligation or stress. I had a gold bracelet and took it to a few places...got offered HALF of what the gold company eventually gave me. Definitely go to these guys. they know what they're doing.
